Policies and Terms

RESERVATIONS
As the number of participants in the dolphin programs is limited and due to the overwhelming popularity of all programs, we strongly recommend you make advance reservations as early as possible to ensure that you secure a slot. To facilitate bookings we have an online Reservations Request page where you may request a booking immediately.

PAYMENT
We accept payment in Cash (U.S., Sterling, Canadian or Jamaican Currency), Traveler's cheques and Major Credit Cards. Full payment must be made in order to confirm and secure bookings. Use our online Reservations Request form or Contact Us to arrange bookings and payment/confirmation.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations made 120 hours prior to the time of the confirmed reservation - a Full refund.
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the time of the confirmed reservation - a fee of US$50.00 per person will be charged.
Cancellations made 96 hours prior to the time of the confirmed reservation - a fee of US$25.00 per person will be charged

SAFETY
For your safety and the safety of the dolphins, the swim programs are structured by professional marine mammal trainers who direct both dolphins and participants during the session. Please follow their instructions at all times.

We ask that you do not wear jewelry if possible, as these can scratch the dolphins.

For safety reasons, certain programs do not allow pregnant women to participate. If you are pregnant, please contact us for further information about which programs specifically apply.

WEATHER
In the unlikely event of bad weather, programs may be cancelled. In such a case, you may choose to change to another date or receive a full refund.

AGE
Some tours which include Dolphin encounters or swims may require children of certain ages be accompanied by a paying adult, among other children's age regulations or limits. However there are always options for children so please contact us for details.
